I never looked at anything through a design/function process before I watched the videos. It makes a lot of sense. The nice thing about the videos is you can always go back and look at what you need to have help understanding what the problem is and what it takes to repair it. The instructions are easy to follow. The close ups make it easy to see what’s going on. I’m glad I took the course.
