Access GCA
To reset your password click the “AGI Student Portal” link at the top right of the page and underneath the username and password fields and login button you will see “Forgot Password” written in blue text. Click that link and enter the email address that is associated with your student account (This should be the same email address you used when you enrolled). An email with password reset instructions will be sent to that email address.
If you are already logged into your account, and know your password and wish to change it, you may go to the AGI Student Portal and click the “Profile” button. You will see your account information and a password change section. Follow the instructions shown there to complete a password change.

To update or change your credit card information for billing you will first need to log into your AGI Student Portal account using the link at the top right corner of the website. From there click on the Settings button with the gear icon and you will be taken to your account settings dashboard. Select the “payment methods” option listed on the left hand side of the screen. You will see any saved payment methods there. You may add a payment method by clicking the “add payment method” button. You may remove existing payment methods by clicking the delete button.
If that does not solve the payment method issue you may call 1-800-797-0867 for additional assistance.

You will see your current saved Billing and Shipping addresses there. You may update an address by clicking the “edit” button next to either the Billing address or Shipping address information.
